If the call is not country-specific, to be eligible, the project must be implemented in at least one of the countries of the Belgian bilateral development cooperation: Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea, Mali, Morocco, Mozambique, Niger, Palestine, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda.
You may choose to present a regional project that covers several of the 14 partner countries. However, keep in mind that the “value for money” of your project will be assessed. For efficiency reasons, it is often better to focus on a geographical area.
If your project is covering several countries, all of them must be part of the 14 countries.
