The sixth call for proposals (EdTech) of Wehubit is integrated in another program called DIRECCT (Digitalisation REsponse Connecting CiTizen). DIRECCT is a program of the European Union, co-managed by the French Development Agency and Enabel. In practice: 10 projects headed by AFD and three Enabel projects (two in Senegal and Wehubit).

DIRECCT was officially launched on November 25th during a press conference in Dakar.
